제26조제3항에 따라 위탁받은 업무에 종사하는 기관 및 단체의 임직원은 「형법」 제129조부터 제132조까지를 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
Officers and employees of institutions and organizations engaged in work entrusted under Article 26 (3) shall be deemed public officials when Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act are applied.
