어업자원보호법 제4조(범죄의 수사)

전조의 범죄수사에 있어서는 해군함정의 승무장교, 사병 기타 대통령령으로 정하는 공무원이 사법경찰관리의 직무를 행한다.전항의 수사에 있어서 필요하다고 인정한 때에는 범칙선박의 회항을 명할 수 있다.제2조위반의 혐의가 있다고 인정한 때에는 단순한 통과선박일지라도 이를 정지시키고 임검, 수색 기타 필요한 처분을 할 수 있다.
