어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제34조의4(공매대행의 해제요구)

① 한국자산관리공사는 공매대행의 의뢰를 받은 날부터 2년 이내에 공매되지 아니한 재산이 있는 경우에는 중앙회에 해당 재산에 대한 공매대행 의뢰의 해제를 요구할 수 있다.

② 중앙회는 제1항의 해제요구를 받았을 때에는 특별한 사정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 이에 따라야 한다.
