어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법 시행령 제34조의2(공매대행의 의뢰 등)

① 중앙회는 법 제46조제2항 전단에 따라 압류재산의 공매(公賣)를 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사(이하 "한국자산관리공사"라 한다)로 하여금 대행하게 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 공매대행의뢰서를 한국자산관리공사에 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.24, 2022.2.17>

② 중앙회는 제1항에 따라 공매대행을 의뢰하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 체납자, 담보물 소유자, 그 재산에 설정된 전세권ㆍ질권ㆍ저당권 또는 그 밖의 권리를 가진 자 및 압류재산을 보관하고 있는 자에게 알려야 한다.
