어선법 제44조(벌칙)

1. 제3조의2제1항 또는 제3항을 위반하여 복원성 승인을 받지 아니하거나 복원성을 유지하지 아니하고 어선을 항행에 사용한 자

2의2. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제9조제1항 또는 제3항에 따른 어선건조ㆍ개조업 등록을 하거나 변경등록을 한 자

5. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제24조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 형식승인, 그 변경승인 또는 검정을 받은 자
