어린이제품 안전 특별법 제29조(사용연령에 따른 판매 제한)

어린이제품 판매업자는 해당 어린이제품을 사용할 수 있는 어린이의 연령을 제17조제3항 본문, 제22조제3항 본문, 제25조제2항에 따른 안전기준(제17조제3항 단서, 제22조제3항 단서, 제25조제3항에 따라 안전인증, 안전확인을 하거나 안전기준 적합 여부를 확인하는 경우에는 그 기준을 말한다)에서 정하고 있는 경우에는 그 기준에 맞지 아니하는 어린이에게 해당 안전관리대상어린이제품을 판매하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2022.2.3>
