Special Act on Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, Article 18 (Revocation of Quality Certification and Orders to Change Labels, etc.)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 품질인증식품의 인증을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 인증을 취소하거나 6개월의 범위에서 기간을 정하여 표시사용을 하지 못하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제3호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 인증을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.25, 2013.3.23, 2013.7.30, 2016.2.3, 2018.3.13>

② 식품의약품안전처장은 품질인증식품 표시가 된 어린이 기호식품에 대하여 수거ㆍ검사 등을 실시하여야 하고, 그 결과 품질인증기준에 맞지 아니한 경우 품질인증을 취소하거나 그 식품을 제조ㆍ가공ㆍ수입한 자 또는 유통ㆍ판매업자에게 품질인증식품 표시의 변경, 6개월 이내의 사용정지 또는 판매금지 등 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.7.30, 2016.2.3>
