Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life, Article 20 (Allowances and Travel Expenses)
위원회나 분과위원회에 출석한 위원 및 위원장이 출석을 요청한 참석자에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
Allowances and travel expenses may be paid within the budget to members who attend the Committee or subcommittees and to participants whose attendance the chairperson has requested. However, this does not apply where a member who is a public official attends the Committee in direct connection with his or her duties.
