어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제14조(관리주체의 유지관리의무)

관리주체는 어린이놀이시설의 기능 및 안전성이 지속적으로 유지되도록 이 법에서 정하는 바에 따라 당해 어린이놀이시설에 대한 유지관리를 실시하여야 한다. 다만, 이 법에 규정이 없는 경우에는 해당 어린이놀이시설이 설치된 장소별 소관 중앙행정기관의 장이 정하는 바에 따라 유지관리를 실시하여야 한다.
