어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제12조(어린이놀이시설의 설치검사 등)

①설치자는 제11조제1항에 따라 설치한 어린이놀이시설을 관리주체에게 인도하기 전에 대통령령이 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 안전검사기관으로부터 설치검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2026.2.27>

② 관리주체는 제1항에 따라 설치검사를 받은 어린이놀이시설에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 안전검사기관으로부터 2년에 1회 이상 정기시설검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

③안전검사기관은 제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 따른 설치검사 및 정기시설검사를 행함에 있어서 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 받을 수 있다.
