어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제11조의2(어린이놀이시설의 신고)

① 설치자는 제11조에 따라 어린이놀이시설을 설치한 경우 제12조제1항에 따라 설치검사를 받거나 제15조의3제1항에 따라 안전성평가를 실시하기 전에 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관리감독기관의 장에게 어린이놀이시설의 명칭 및 설치 장소 등 행정안전부령으로 정하는 사항을 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2026.2.27>

② 관리감독기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 경우에는 제19조의2에 따른 어린이놀이시설 안전관리시스템에 제1항에 따른 신고사항을 입력하고 어린이놀이시설에 어린이놀이시설번호(이하 "시설번호"라 한다)를 부여하여야 한다.

③ 관리감독기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 시설번호를 부여한 경우에는 지체 없이 시설번호를 신고인에게 알려주어야 한다.
