어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제11조(어린이놀이시설의 설치)

① 어린이놀이시설을 설치하는 자(이하 "설치자"라 한다)는 「어린이제품 안전 특별법」 제17조에 따라 안전인증을 받은 어린이놀이기구를 설치하는 경우 행정안전부장관이 고시하는 시설기준 및 기술기준에 적합하게 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2026.2.27>

② 설치자는 어린이놀이시설에 어린이놀이기구를 설치하지 아니하는 경우 제15조의3에 따른 안전성평가 기준에 적합하게 어린이놀이시설을 설치하여야 한다. <신설 2026.2.27>
