어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 어린이들이 안전하고 편안하게 놀이기구를 사용할 수 있도록 어린이놀이시설의 설치ㆍ유지 및 보수 등에 관한 기본적인 사항을 정하고 어린이놀이시설을 담당하는 행정기관의 역할과 책무를 정하여 어린이놀이시설의 효율적인 안전관리 체계를 구축함으로써 어린이놀이시설 이용에 따른 어린이의 안전사고를 미연에 방지함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2008.12.19, 2011.5.30>
