어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 시행령 제7조(설치검사 등)

① 법 제12조제1항에 따라 설치검사를 받으려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 신청 서류를 갖추어 법 제4조제1항에 따라 지정받은 안전검사기관(이하 "안전검사기관"이라 한다)에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.1.19, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2017.7.26, 2021.6.22>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 undergo언더고우 an앤 installation인스털레이션 inspection인스펙션 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 12 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 documents다큐먼츠 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 to투 a어 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 Article아터클 4 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution").인스티투션

② 제1항에 따라 설치검사의 신청을 받은 안전검사기관은 다음 각 호의 사항을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2009.1.19, 2015.6.1>

(2) A어 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 an앤 installation인스털레이션 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 verify^v베^r러^f파이 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 안전검사기관은 설치검사를 할 때에 신청인 또는 그 대리인을 현장에 참석하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2015.6.30>

(3) When웬 conducting컨덕팅 an앤 installation인스털레이션 inspection,인스펙션 a어 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 or오 the^ð디 applicant's애플리컨츠 agent에이전트 attend어텐드 on안 site.사잇

④ 안전검사기관은 혹한, 폭설 등으로 법 제15조의2에 따른 물놀이형 어린이놀이시설의 물순환시설(어린이놀이기구의 활동공간에 물을 공급하거나 순환시켜 주는 장치를 말한다)에 대한 설치검사를 할 수 없는 경우에는 3개월 이내에 해당 물순환시설에 대한 설치검사에 합격할 것을 조건으로 해당 어린이놀이시설에 대하여 설치검사의 합격 판정을 할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.22>

⑤ 안전검사기관은 제4항에 따라 합격 판정을 받은 어린이놀이시설이 제4항에 따른 기간 내에 물순환시설에 대한 설치검사에 합격하지 못한 경우에는 해당 어린이놀이시설에 대한 합격 판정을 취소해야 한다. <신설 2021.6.22>

(5) Where웨어 a어 children's칠드^r런즈 playground플레이그^r라운드 that^ð댓 received^r러시^v브드 a어 pass패스 determination디터머네이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) fails^f페일즈 to투 pass패스 the^ð디 installation인스털레이션 inspection인스펙션 of어^v브 the^ð더 water워터 circulation서큘레이션 facility^f퍼실리티 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), the^ð더 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 shall섈 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 pass패스 determination디터머네이션 for^f포 the^ð더 children's칠드^r런즈 playground.플레이그^r라운드

⑥ 안전검사기관은 설치검사의 결과를 소관 관리감독기관의 장과 신청인에게 알려야 하며, 설치검사에 합격한 어린이놀이시설에 대해서는 설치검사합격증을 신청인에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2015.6.30, 2021.6.22>

(6) A어 safety세이^f프티 inspection인스펙션 institution인스티투션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 supervising수퍼^v바이징 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 having해^v빙 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 and앤드 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 of어^v브 the^ð더 result^r리절트 of어^v브 the^ð디 installation인스털레이션 inspection,인스펙션 and앤드 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 passing패싱 the^ð디 installation인스털레이션 inspection인스펙션 to투 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 for^f포 a어 children's칠드^r런즈 playground플레이그^r라운드 that^ð댓 passed패스트 the^ð디 installation인스털레이션 inspection.인스펙션

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 설치검사의 방법 및 절차에 관한 세부적인 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <신설 2015.6.30, 2017.7.26, 2021.6.22>
