어린이놀이시설 안전관리법 시행령 제14조(중대한 사고 등)

① 법 제22조제1항에서 "대통령령이 정하는 중대한 사고"란 어린이놀이시설로 인하여 이용자가 다음 각 호의 피해를 입은 사고를 말한다. <개정 2021.6.22>

② 관리주체는 법 제22조제2항에 따라 자료의 제출 명령을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 해당 자료를 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 관리주체가 정하여진 기간에 자료를 제출하는 것이 어렵다고 사유를 소명하는 경우 관리감독기관의 장은 20일의 범위에서 그 제출 기한을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.29>

③ 관리감독기관의 장은 법 제22조제2항에 따라 현장조사를 실시하려면 미리 현장조사의 일시ㆍ장소 및 내용 등을 포함한 조사계획을 관리주체에게 문서로 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 조사를 실시하여야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2011.8.29>
