양육비 이행확보 및 지원에 관한 법률 제12조(양육비 채무자의 진술기회 부여)

이행관리원의 장은 양육부ㆍ모 또는 양육비 채권자의 신청으로 양육비 이행을 지원하는 경우 양육비 채무자의 신청이 있으면 양육비 채무자에게 의견 진술의 기회를 주어야 한다.
