야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(야생생물 보호구역 등의 지정)

① 시ㆍ도지사 및 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제33조제2항에 따라 주민의 의견을 듣기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 주민설명회를 개최할 수 있다.

② 법 제33조제1항에 따라 야생생물 보호구역으로 지정하려는 지역이 둘 이상의 지방자치단체에 걸쳐 있는 경우에는 법 제33조제2항에 따라 그 설정하려는 보호구역의 면적이 큰 지방자치단체의 장이 관계 지방자치단체의 장과 협의하여 지정한다.
