액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제50조(사업자단체의 설립)

① 액화석유가스 사업자등은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관의 인가를 받아 제5조ㆍ제8조 및 제9조에 따른 사업별로 사업자단체(이하 "사업자단체"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 사업자단체는 법인으로 한다.

(2) A어 business비즈니스 operators'아퍼^r레이터즈 association어소우시에이션 is이즈 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 사업자단체의 정관 기재사항과 운영 및 감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

④ 사업자단체에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
