액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제33조(시설의 개선과 안전 유지)

① 제30조제3항에 따라 신고를 받은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 시설이 제44조제1항에 따른 시설기준과 기술기준에 맞지 아니하다고 인정되면 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 가스공급자에게 액화석유가스의 공급을 중지하거나 제한하도록 명할 수 있으며, 수요자에게 액화석유가스 사용시설을 그 기준에 맞게 수리하거나 개선하도록 하는 등 필요한 조치를 명하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 가스공급자와 사전 협의 없이는 누구든지 가스공급자 소유의 설비를 임의로 철거하거나 변경하여서는 아니 된다.
