액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법 제30조(공급자의 의무)

① 액화석유가스 충전사업자, 액화석유가스 집단공급사업자 및 액화석유가스 판매사업자(이하 "가스공급자"라 한다)가 액화석유가스를 수요자(액화석유가스 사업자등은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에게 공급할 때에는 그 수요자의 시설에 대하여 안전 점검을 하고, 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수요자에게 위해를 예방하는 데에 필요한 사항을 지도하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 가스공급자는 제1항에 따른 안전 점검을 한 결과, 수요자의 시설이 제44조제1항에 따른 시설기준과 기술기준에 맞지 아니하다고 판단되면 그 수요자에게 해당 시설을 개선하도록 권고하여야 한다.

③ 가스공급자는 액화석유가스의 수요자가 제2항에 따라 시설 개선 권고를 받고도 시설을 개선하지 아니하면 가스 공급 차단 등 위해를 예방하기 위한 조치를 하고, 지체 없이 그 사실을 그 수요자가 소재하는 지역의 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 안전 점검에 필요한 점검자의 자격, 점검 인원, 점검 장비, 점검 기준 등은 산업통상부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
