Liquefied Petroleum Gas Safety Control and Business Act, Article 11 (Report on Commencement of Business)

① 액화석유가스 사업자등은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제5조 또는 제8조에 따른 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 "허가관청"이라 한다)이나 제9조에 따른 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 "등록관청"이라 한다)에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2022.2.3, 2025.10.1>

② 허가관청이나 등록관청은 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2022.2.3>
