②법 제15조제1항에 따라 수립ㆍ시행되는 기반조성 시책은 「문화산업진흥 기본법」 제4조에 따른 문화산업에 관한 기본계획, 「관광기본법」 제3조에 따른 관광진흥에 관한 기본계획, 「관광진흥법」 제49조에 따른 관광개발기본계획, 그 밖에 관련되는 법률에 따른 계획과 유기적으로 연계되어야 한다. <개정 2011.3.30, 2020.3.31>
