Act on Prevention of and Support for Child Poverty, etc., Article 6 (Establishment of Basic Plan)

① 보건복지부장관은 제5조의2에 따른 실태조사를 하여 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 빈곤아동의 복지ㆍ보건의료ㆍ교육ㆍ문화 등 지원에 관한 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 5년마다 수립하여야 한다. 이 경우 제8조에 따른 아동빈곤예방위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2016.12.2, 2025.4.1>
