아동복지법 시행령 제28조(아동의 안전에 대한 교육)

① 아동복지시설의 장, 「영유아보육법」에 따른 어린이집의 원장, 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원의 원장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교의 장은 법 제31조제1항에 따라 교육계획을 수립하여 교육을 실시할 때에는 별표 6의 교육기준에 따라야 한다. <개정 2018.3.6>

② 법 제31조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 아동복지시설의 장 및 「영유아보육법」에 따른 어린이집의 원장은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게, 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원의 원장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 장은 교육감에게, 각각 교육계획 및 교육실시 결과를 매년 3월 31일까지 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2014.9.26>

(2) Under언더 Article아터클 31 (2) and앤드 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 child차일드 welfare웰^f페어 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 and앤드 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 of어^v브 child차일드 care케어 centers센터즈 under언더 the^ð디 Infant인^f펀트 Care케어 Act액트 shall섈 report^r리포트 their^ð데어 education에저케이션 plans플랜즈 and앤드 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 education에저케이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu,시 and앤드 the^ð더 principals프^r린서플즈 of어^v브 kindergartens킨더가튼즈 under언더 the^ð디 Early얼리 Childhood차일드후드 Education에저케이션 Act액트 and앤드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 schools스쿨즈 under언더 Article아터클 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Elementary엘러멘트^r리 and앤드 Secondary세컨데^r리 Education에저케이션 Act액트 shall섈 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 education,에저케이션 by바이 March마치 31 each이치 year.이어

③ 아동복지시설의 장은 그 아동복지시설에 입소한 아동 중 「영유아보육법」에 따른 어린이집, 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원 또는 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교에서 실시하는 법 제31조제1항 각 호의 사항에 관한 교육을 받은 아동에 대해서는 법 제31조제1항에 따른 교육을 실시하지 아니할 수 있다.
