신탁법 제9조(위탁자의 권리)

① 신탁행위로 위탁자의 전부 또는 일부가 이 법에 따른 위탁자의 권리의 전부 또는 일부를 갖지 아니한다는 뜻을 정할 수 있다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 목적신탁의 경우에는 신탁행위로 이 법에 따른 위탁자의 권리를 제한할 수 없다.
