신탁법 제19조(신탁재산관리인의 임무 종료)

① 신수탁자가 선임되거나 더 이상 수탁자와 수익자 간의 이해가 상반되지 아니하는 경우 신탁재산관리인의 임무는 종료된다.

② 신탁재산관리인은 법원의 허가를 받아 사임할 수 있다.

(2) A어 trust트^r러스트 property프^r라퍼티 administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 may메이 resign^r리자인 with위^ð드 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 court.코트

③ 법원은 이해관계인의 청구에 의하여 신탁재산관리인을 해임할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 court코트 may메이 dismiss디스미스 a어 trust트^r러스트 property프^r라퍼티 administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 upon어판 the^ð더 claim클레임 of어^v브 an앤 interested인트^r러스티드 party.파티

④ 법원은 제2항 또는 제3항의 결정을 함과 동시에 새로운 신탁재산관리인을 선임하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 court코트 shall섈 appoint어포인트 a어 new누 trust트^r러스트 property프^r라퍼티 administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 simultaneously사이멀테이니어슬리 with위^ð드 the^ð더 decision디시전 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) or오 (3).
