신용협동조합법 제96조(권한의 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 금융위원회의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 전부 또는 일부를 금융감독원장 또는 중앙회장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 금융감독원장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 이 법에 따른 권한 또는 제1항에 따라 금융위원회로부터 위탁받은 권한 중 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 중앙회장에게 위탁할 수 있다.
