신용협동조합법 제89조의2(조합원 또는 조합의 검사청구)

① 조합원은 소속 조합의 업무집행 상황이 이 법등 또는 이 법등에 따른 명령ㆍ정관ㆍ규정에서 정한 절차나 의무에 위반된다고 판단하면 조합원 100분의 1 이상의 동의를 받은 경우에는 중앙회에, 조합원 100분의 3 이상의 동의를 받은 경우에는 금융감독원장에게 각각 소속 조합에 대한 검사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 조합은 중앙회의 업무집행 상황이 이 법등 또는 이 법등에 따른 명령ㆍ정관ㆍ규정에서 정한 절차나 의무에 위반된다고 판단하면 조합 100분의 3 이상의 동의를 받아 금융감독원장에게 중앙회에 대한 검사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>

③ 금융감독원장 또는 중앙회장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 검사청구를 받으면 지체 없이 검사를 하여야 한다.
