신용협동조합법 제83조의5(운영의 공개)

① 이사장은 정관, 총회의 의사록, 이사회 의사록, 조합원 명부 및 결산보고서를 주된 사무소에 갖추어 두어야 한다. 다만, 결산보고서는 정기총회 1주 전까지 갖추어 두어야 한다.

② 조합원과 조합의 채권자는 영업시간 내에 언제든지 이사회 의사록(조합원의 경우에만 해당한다)과 그 밖의 제1항에 따른 서류를 열람하거나 그 서류의 사본 발급을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 조합이 정한 비용을 지급하여야 한다.

③ 조합원은 조합원 100인 이상이나 총 조합원 수의 100분의 3 이상의 동의를 받아 조합의 회계장부 및 서류의 열람이나 사본의 발급을 청구할 수 있다.

④ 조합은 제3항의 청구에 대하여 특별한 사유가 없으면 발급을 거부할 수 없으며, 거부하려면 그 사유를 서면으로 알려야 한다.
