신용협동조합법 제71조(임원의 정수 등)

① 중앙회에 임원으로 회장 1명, 신용ㆍ공제사업 대표이사 1명 및 검사ㆍ감독이사 1명을 포함하여 15명 이상 25명 이하의 이사를 둔다.

② 제1항의 임원 중 신용ㆍ공제사업 대표이사 및 검사ㆍ감독이사는 상임으로 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 상임 임원을 제외한 임원은 비상임으로 하되, 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 실비의 변상을 받을 수 있다.
