신용협동조합법 제68조(총회)

① 중앙회에 총회를 둔다.

② 총회는 중앙회장과 조합의 대표로 구성하며, 정기총회와 임시총회로 구분한다.

(2) The^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 representatives^r레프^r러젠터티^v브즈 of어^v브 unions,유니언즈 and앤드 shall섈 be비 divided디^v바이디드 into인투 regular^r레귤러 general제너^r럴 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 extraordinary엑스트^r러오더네^r리 general제너^r럴 meetings.미팅즈

③ 정기총회는 중앙회장이 매년 1회 소집하고, 임시총회는 중앙회장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 제4항에 따라 준용되는 제26조에 따른 조합 대표의 청구로 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 소집하며, 중앙회장이 총회의 의장이 된다.

④ 중앙회의 총회에 대해서는 제19조제1항 본문, 제25조제1항 본문, 제26조제1항부터 제5항까지 및 제26조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 제26조 중 "감사"는 "제76조제3항에 따른 감사위원회의 대표자"로 본다.
