신용협동조합법 제25조(총회의 개의와 결의)

① 총회는 이 법에 다른 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 재적조합원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석조합원 과반수의 찬성으로 결의한다. 다만, 재적조합원이 500인을 초과하는 경우에는 251인 이상의 출석으로 개의하고 출석조합원 과반수의 찬성으로 결의할 수 있다.

② 제24조제1항제1호 및 제6호의 사항은 출석조합원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 결의한다.

③ 조합과 조합원의 이해가 상충되는 의사에 관하여 해당 조합원은 그 결의에 참여할 수 없다.
