신용협동조합법 제26조(총회의 소집 청구)

① 조합원은 조합원 5분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 회의의 목적과 소집 이유를 적은 서면을 제출하여 총회의 소집을 이사장에게 청구할 수 있다.

② 감사는 제37조에 따른 감사 결과 부정한 사실이 발견되어 그 내용을 총회에 신속히 보고할 필요가 있을 때에는 회의의 목적과 소집 이유를 적은 서면을 제출하여 총회의 소집을 이사장에게 청구할 수 있다.

③ 이사장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 청구를 받으면 15일 이내에 총회를 개최하여야 한다.

(3) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 a어 request^r리퀘스트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) or오 (2), the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 hold호울드 a어 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 within위^ð딘 15 days.데이즈

④ 총회를 소집할 자가 없거나 제3항의 기간 이내에 정당한 이유 없이 이사장이 총회를 개최하지 아니한 경우에는 감사가 지체 없이 총회를 소집하여야 한다. 이 경우 감사가 의장의 직무를 대행한다.

⑤ 제1항에 따라 조합원이 총회의 소집을 청구한 경우로서 감사가 제4항에 따라 총회를 소집하지 아니한 경우에는 제1항에 따라 총회의 소집을 청구한 조합원의 대표가 총회를 소집한다. 이 경우 그 조합원의 대표가 의장의 직무를 대행한다.

(5) Where웨어 a어 member멤버 has해즈 requested^r리퀘스티드 the^ð더 convening컨^v비닝 of어^v브 a어 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 has해즈 not낫 convened컨^v빈드 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 who후 requested^r리퀘스티드 the^ð더 convening컨^v비닝 of어^v브 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 convene컨^v빈 it.잇 In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chair.체어

⑥ 제4항 및 제5항에 따라 총회를 소집하는 경우에는 미리 중앙회장에게 보고하여야 한다.

(6) When웬 convening컨^v비닝 a어 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) or오 (5), a어 report^r리포트 shall섈 be비 made메이드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 to투 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 president.프^r레저덴트
