신용협동조합법 제17조(탈퇴하거나 제명된 조합원에 대한 출자금 등의 환급)

① 조합은 조합원이 탈퇴하거나 제명되었을 때에는 지체 없이 그의 출자금ㆍ예탁금 및 적금을 환급하여야 한다. 이 경우 출자금에 대한 배당금은 다른 조합원에 대하여 배당금을 지급할 때 지급할 수 있다.

② 조합은 조합의 재산으로 그 채무를 다 갚을 수 없는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 출자금을 환급할 때 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 탈퇴하거나 제명된 조합원이 부담하여야 할 손실액을 빼고 환급할 수 있다.
