신용협동조합법 제11조(조합원의 자격)

Credit Unions Act, Article 11 (Qualifications of Members)

① 조합원은 조합의 공동유대에 소속된 자로서 제1회 출자금을 납입한 자로 한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 조합은 조합의 설립 목적 및 효율적인 운영을 저해하지 아니하는 범위에서 해당 공동유대에 소속되지 아니한 자 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 조합원에 포함시킬 수 있다. <개정 2023.12.26>
