신용보증기금법 제34조(위약금)

기금은 신용보증을 받은 기업이 기한까지 그 채무를 이행하지 아니하여 보증채무의 이행책임이 해제되지 아니한 경우에는 그 기업으로부터 보증한 채무 중 이행되지 아니한 금액에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위약금을 징수한다.
