신용보증기금법 제26조(업무계획)

① 기금은 사업연도마다 업무계획을 작성하여 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다.

② 기금이 제1항의 승인을 받고자 할 때 그 업무계획서를 해당 연도 개시 1개월 전까지 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 intends인텐즈 to투 obtain어브테인 approval어프^r루^v블 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), it잇 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 business비즈니스 plan플랜 to투 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 at앳 least리스트 one원 month먼^θ스 before비^f포 the^ð더 beginning비기닝 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 year.이어

③ 기금이 업무계획을 변경하고자 할 때 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 intends인텐즈 to투 change체인지 the^ð더 business비즈니스 plan,플랜 it잇 shall섈 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Steering스티^r링 Committee.커미티

④ 기금이 업무계획을 작성하거나 변경할 때에는 제3조에 따라 우선적으로 보증하려는 내용을 구체적으로 밝혀야 한다.
