Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 5 (Changes to Registered Matters|11)

① 법 제9조제1항에 따라 등록한 자가 등록한 사항을 변경한 때에는 변경한 날부터 30일 이내에 별지 제5호서식의 신문사업ㆍ인터넷신문사업 변경등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다) 또는 별지 제6호서식의 인터넷뉴스서비스사업 변경등록신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.
