Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 58 (Publication of Violations)
법 제84조에 따라 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 행정처분이 확정된 영업자에 대한 다음 각 호의 사항을 지체 없이 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 등록한 전국을 보급지역으로 하는 일반일간신문 등에 게재하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2013.3.23, 2016.1.22>
Under Article 84 of the Act, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall, without delay, post the following matters regarding a business operator whose administrative disposition has become final on the Internet homepage of the relevant agency, or in a general daily newspaper or the like registered under Article 9 (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers whose distribution area is nationwide:
1. 「식품위생법」 위반사실의 공표라는 내용의 표제
