Plant Variety Protection Act, Article 93 (Form of Trial Requests)

① 심판을 청구하려는 자는 공동부령으로 정하는 심판청구서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어 심판위원회 위원장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
