식물방역법 제45조의2(행정기관 간 업무협조)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체(법령 또는 자치법규에 따라 행정권한을 가지고 있거나 위임 또는 위탁받은 공공단체나 기관 또는 사인을 포함한다)는 병해충의 유입 및 확산을 방지하고, 사후적 대책을 효율적으로 집행하기 위하여 서로 협조하여야 한다.

② 농림축산식품부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체장에게 병해충의 국내 유입 및 확산 방지를 위한 수입검역, 위험분석, 예찰ㆍ방제, 역학조사 등을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 정보를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 협조를 요청받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
