식물방역법 제37조(비용 부담)

시ㆍ도지사가 제35조에 따라 공동 방제를 한 경우 그 비용은 「보조금 관리에 관한 법률」에 따른 기준보조율에 따라 부담한다. 다만, 시ㆍ도지사는 방제의 실시로 수익자에게 현저한 이익이 있다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 비용의 일부를 수익자에게 부담시킬 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.25>
