① 법 제21조의2제2항에 따른 결과보고서 작성 준수사항 위반자 명단 공표심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성하며, 위원장은 심의위원회의 위원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 임명한다.

2. 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리업무와 관련된 단체 및 연구기관 등의 임직원

③ 심의위원회의 위원 중 공무원이 아닌 사람의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다.

④ 심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
