스토킹방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률 제13조(경찰관서의 협조)

① 지원시설의 장은 스토킹행위자로부터 피해자등을 긴급히 구조할 필요가 있을 때에는 경찰관서(지구대ㆍ파출소 및 출장소를 포함한다)의 장에게 그 소속 직원의 동행을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 경찰관서의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
