Act on the Creation of Smart Cities and Promotion of the Smart City Industry, Article 24 (Smart City Project Council)

① 스마트도시건설사업 등을 추진하려는 지방자치단체의 장은 사업 추진을 위한 다음 각 호의 사항을 협의하기 위하여 스마트도시사업협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)를 구성ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.29, 2017.3.21>

1. 실시계획에 관한 사항

1. Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan;플랜

2. 스마트도시기반시설의 관리ㆍ운영 및 재정확보 방안에 관한 사항

2. Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 smart스마트 city시티 infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 measures메저즈 for^f포 securing시큐^r링 finances;^f피낸시즈

3. 스마트도시기반시설의 인수인계에 관한 사항

4. 그 밖에 스마트도시건설사업의 원활한 추진을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사항

② 협의회는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 25명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2012.5.23, 2017.3.21>

5. 스마트도시건설사업 대상 지역의 주민

5. Residents^r레지던츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 area에^r리아 subject서브젝트 to투 the^ð더 smart스마트 city시티 construction컨스트^r럭션 project;프^r라젝트

6. 스마트도시서비스 관련 전문가

6. Experts엑스펏츠 on안 smart스마트 city시티 services.서^v버시즈

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 것 외에 협의회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
