스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제24조의2(스마트도시협회)

Act on the Creation of Smart Cities and Promotion of the Smart City Industry, Article 24-2 (Smart City Association)

① 스마트도시사업자 등은 스마트도시의 건전한 발전과 공동이익을 도모하기 위하여 스마트도시협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Smart스마트 city시티 business비즈니스 operators,아퍼^r레이터즈 etc.엣세터^r러 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 Smart스마트 City시티 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 and앤드 common카먼 interests인트^r러스츠 of어^v브 smart스마트 cities.시티즈

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

2. 스마트도시의 발전을 위한 정책제안 및 제도 개선 건의

2. Policy팔러시 proposals프^r러포우즐즈 and앤드 recommendations^r레커먼데이션즈 for^f포 system시스텀 improvement임프^r루^v브먼트 for^f포 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 smart스마트 cities;시티즈

3. 스마트도시에 관한 국제협력 및 해외진출 지원에 관한 사항

4. 스마트도시와 관련된 자에 대한 교육훈련

5. 스마트도시의 기술에 관한 각종 자문

6. 스마트도시의 실적확인 지원에 관한 업무

6. Work워크 of어^v브 supporting서포팅 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 smart스마트 city시티 performance퍼^f포먼스 records;^r러코즈

7. 국토교통부장관으로부터 위탁받은 업무

8. 그 밖에 협회의 설립목적을 달성하는 데 필요한 사업

④ 협회는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 upon어판 obtaining어브테이닝 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 and앤드 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

⑤ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정된 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

⑥ 협회의 조직 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
