스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제20조(융합기술의 기준)

① 국토교통부장관은 행정안전부장관 등 대통령령으로 정하는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의를 거쳐 건설ㆍ정보통신 융합기술(이하 "융합기술"이라 한다)의 기준을 제정ㆍ고시할 수 있다. 다만, 융합기술에 활용되는 기술 중 「산업표준화법」에 따른 한국산업표준이 제정되어 있는 경우에는 그 표준을 따라야 하고, 융합기술에 활용되는 정보통신기술에 대하여는 관계 법률에 따라 중앙행정기관의 장이 정한 표준을 따라야 하며, 다른 법률에서 융합기술 중 교통관련 기술의 표준을 정한 경우에는 그에 따른다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
