스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제19조의5(스마트도시서비스 관련 정보시스템의 연계ㆍ통합 등)

① 스마트도시기반시설의 관리청은 스마트도시서비스를 제공하기 위하여 수집된 정보가 제2조제3호다목에 따른 스마트도시 통합운영센터 등 스마트도시의 관리ㆍ운영에 관한 시설(이하 이 조에서 "스마트도시 관리ㆍ운영시설"이라 한다)과 연계될 수 있도록 관리하여야 한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 정보시스템 연계ㆍ통합 사업비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.
