스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제17조(실시계획승인 등의 특례)

① 사업시행자는 다른 법률에 따른 사업을 시행하면서 제14조에 따른 실시계획의 내용을 포함한 개발계획 및 실시계획을 해당 법률에 따라 수립하여 승인을 받았을 때에는 제14조에 따라 실시계획을 수립하거나 승인받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2015.12.29>

② 사업시행자는 제1항에 따른 사업의 준공검사를 받았을 때에는 제16조에 따라 준공검사를 받은 것으로 본다.
