스마트도시 조성 및 산업진흥 등에 관한 법률 제16조(준공검사)

① 사업시행자(국가와 지방자치단체는 제외한다)는 스마트도시건설사업을 끝냈을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 실시계획승인권자의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

(1) A어 project프^r라젝트 implementer임플리먼터 (excluding익스클루딩 the^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments)거^v버먼츠 who후 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 a어 smart스마트 city시티 construction컨스트^r럭션 project프^r라젝트 shall섈 undergo언더고우 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 by바이 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 approving어프^r루^v빙 authority,어^θ쏘^r러티 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

② 실시계획승인권자는 준공검사를 한 결과 스마트도시건설사업이 실시계획대로 끝났다고 인정하면 사업시행자에게 준공검사증명서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

③ 국가나 지방자치단체가 스마트도시건설사업을 끝내거나 제1항에 따른 사업시행자가 준공검사를 받았을 때에는 제15조제1항 각 호에 해당하는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 해당 사업의 준공에 관한 검사ㆍ인가ㆍ신고 또는 확인 등을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2017.3.21>

(3) When웬 the^ð더 State스테잇 or오 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 a어 smart스마트 city시티 construction컨스트^r럭션 project,프^r라젝트 or오 a어 project프^r라젝트 implementer임플리먼터 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) has해즈 undergone언더곤 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection,인스펙션 the^ð디 inspection,인스펙션 authorization,오^θ써^r러제이션 report,^r리포트 or오 verification,^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 etc.엣세터^r러 concerning컨서닝 completion컴플리션 of어^v브 the^ð더 project프^r라젝트 under언더 authorizations오^θ써^r러제이션즈 and앤드 permits,퍼밋츠 etc.엣세터^r러 falling^f팔링 under언더 each이치 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 Article아터클 15 (1) is이즈 deemed딤드 obtained.어브테인드

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지 규정한 것 외에 준공검사에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
